Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item to us within 30 days from the receipt of the parcel to receive a full refund.
No matter the reason for your dissatisfaction, please contact us first and then ship the item to the correct address in marketable condition.
Guide to Return
Please ensure that the product is in its original condition.
That means the product has not been:
Washed
Worn
Had its plastic packaging removed
Damaged
Important: Items with a customized name/number or items already washed cannot be returned (unless there is a quality problem).
Exchange Policy
Items without customization (badge, name, or number) may be exchanged for other items of the same value, or you may pay the difference to exchange for higher-value items.
You are responsible for the shipping costs of sending back the item and the cost of resending the replacement.
What if I need to exchange due to size issues?
You can ship the item back to us for exchange. (You need to pay the return shipping cost.)
Alternatively, you can pay $15 or 50% of the item’s value, and we will resend you the correct size without requiring you to return the first one.
