How do I order online?
Ordering online is easy and safe. Our website will walk you through placing an order, but here’s a preview:
Use our search bar or browse by department to find the item you want.
Click on the item you want.
Read the information on the product page and choose among available size and customization options for that item.
When you’re done, click add to cart.
You can adjust quantities from the shopping cart.
Check your order carefully, then click the Check Out button.
Enter your shipping information. Select a shipping type and click Apply to view your order total and then Continue.
Enter your payment information and any coupon or gift certificate codes you want to use and then Continue.
Your card will not be charged at this step.
Check your order carefully, then Submit your order.
Do I have to order online?
We welcome orders by email. You can send your order list to biuci888.com.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery to most physical addresses occurs within 5 to 25 business days.
The following in-house processing procedures will postpone the shipping of your order:

Your entire order shipping will follow how many shirts are in your order. Usually, every shipping less than 15 shirts or 3kg; over 15 shirts or 3kg, we will add one more shipping.
What shipping method do you use?
We offer free Global Cainiao shipping, and you can pay for Express Shipping to get your package faster.
May I ship to a post office box or private box address?
When you add a PO Box shipping address, we can only ship using China Post or EMS.
Is any of your merchandise restricted in my country?
All countries regulate the quantities and varieties of items that can be imported.
Sports apparel is not generally considered a restricted item, but please check with your local customs agency before ordering.
Do you charge tax?
We do not charge tax for Non-EU countries when you check out, but your local customs officials will assess taxes before allowing the item to enter your country.
The carrier will usually pay these fees on your behalf and collect them from you at the time of delivery.
You are responsible for ALL customs fees, including duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees, assessed at the border before delivery.
For European Union countries, the customs charge is 20% or more tax of the order payment. We will pay for the tax and only charge you 8% of the order payment when you check out.
May I return an item?
Please contact us before returning an item for an estimate of your return shipping charges.
What should I do if I am missing an item or if I received a defective or incorrect item?
Please accept our apologies if your order was not processed correctly.
Just contact us, and we will do our best to correct your order as efficiently as possible.
We can usually reship a new jersey for free.
RETURN POLICY:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item to us within 30 days from receipt of the parcel to get a full refund.
No matter the reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us first and ship the item to the correct address in marketable condition.
(We only accept returned jerseys without customized badge, name, or number)
What else?
You may return your purchase to us up to 30 days from the receipt date.
Products must be in marketable condition and in the original box and/or packaging.
For used items, we provide a limited 30-day warranty. After that, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
Once we receive your returned parcel, it will be checked by our fulfillment center. Your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 2 days.
Please contact us to avoid any delays in processing your refund.
How to maintain your jersey?
Many details of the jersey shirt & shorts are Hot-Transfer printed. We suggest washing by hand, because machine wash can damage the print. If you use a machine, please turn the jerseys inside out.
Please do not wash the printed or stamped area too hard and avoid prolonged sun exposure. When not wearing it, please hang the jersey.
If the print peels off, lay the jersey flat, cover the letters & numbers with clean, non-stick plastic paper or stencil, and iron at 150° for 7-8 seconds. Repeat if needed.
Attention:
Please do not iron the printed area directly.
