When will I receive my order?
Delivery to most addresses takes 5 to 25 business days.

Please note that the following in-house procedures may delay your shipment:

• Customizations

• Back-orders

• Special orders

Shipping is calculated based on the number of shirts in your order:

• Orders with less than 15 shirts or under 3kg usually ship in one package.

• Orders with more than 15 shirts or over 3kg may require an additional shipment.

What shipping methods do you use?
We offer free standard shipping via China Post or normal shipping.
You can also choose Express Shipping at checkout to receive your package faster.

Can I ship to a PO Box or private mailbox?
Express shipping cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, so you must provide a physical address for delivery.

Are any of your products restricted in my country?
All countries have regulations on what items can be imported.
Sports apparel is generally not restricted.

Do you charge tax?
For non-EU countries, we do not charge tax at checkout. Your local customs may apply taxes or duties upon arrival.

You are responsible for all customs fees, including duties, taxes, brokerage, and other charges before delivery.

In the European Union, customs may charge 20% or more tax. We cover part of this and charge you only 8% of your order at checkout.

Can I return an item?
Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide an estimate of your return shipping costs.

What should I do if an item is missing, defective, or incorrect?
We apologize if your order is incorrect.
Simply contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
In most cases, we can reship the correct jersey for free.

If my package is in transit and I need to change my address, do I have to pay?
Yes, you will need to pay the relevant fee if you change your shipping address after the order has been shipped.
